Seems the sun was just visiting yesterday, we are back to dark, damp n ‘orrible weather here in deepest, darkest Yorkshire.

Well. It’s a day of droppng things & cocking things up so I’m going to do the safest thing for everyone & go hide in a virtual world - at least there I’m not an existential threat to humanity. (I think 3 actual existential threats is enuf for any middleaged planet!)

Good morning, lovely people! We had our first walkies since Saturday. I blame my lack of appropriate gloves. Replacements have been ordered. On the book: tackle the pile left by the plow so I can visit dad while his GF gets her hair done. Not sure what else. My arms are pretty noodley after 2 days of shoveling.

Howdy y'all. 👋
Oh my. What can I say. 🥴
It's starting out to be quite the chilly n terrible Tuesday here #today.

I have no idea what sorta #myday of doin faces me. It's too cold, n I'm buried in blackets to care.

It's a very cold 11deg F ( that's about a nasty -12 C, for ya non-USA Celsius folks) 🥶
The heat pump is struggling hard to heat the house, and it stands at a chilly 63deg F ( 17 C) inside. So, yeah, I'll still snuggled down in bed under an electric blanket and tooting from where it's still warm.
Coffee sipping out in this cold can wait. ☕️👍

I have the space heaters humming n have checked, and the water is still flowing. So, it's snuggle here for a little while and to wait for the sun to warm things up a little. 🌞

They are promising maybe 43deg for a high for #myday, even sunny for (eventual) sitting n sipping in. 🤞
It can't get here fast enough for me this morning. 😏

Anyway, happy Tuesday to ya, if there exists such a thing on Tuesdays. Stay warm n dry n snuggled safely. OK.💪🤗🖖

Hey, y'all. Happy soggy, wet n rainy #SofaSunday morning to ya. 👋

I'm waking up to steady rain and a wet 48deg F n falling temperatures to start #myday #today. They say this pattern of falling water n temperatures will last all day, with the temperature reaching the teens by tomorrow morning. 🥶

The thing to watch today out my window will be, which reaches the finish line first. The rain before the freezing temperatures, or the cold turning the wet icy n coating everything slick n slippery. 🤔
The race is on. 💪

But we are prepared. The emergency cookie jars are full, and even a backup pumpkin pie is prepared to placate any hungry bellyaching. 🌞👌😜

Needless to say, there's no plans to venture out or do anything other than my usual Sunday sofa surfing n weather watching while sitting n coffee sipping. ☕️👀

I wanta encourage y'all to follow my lead to the coffee pot for a cup n find a comfy seat n sit out the storming happening. 👍

It's a fuggly, foggy n cloudy start to #myday #today. But at least it's still sorta warm 34 degrees, topping out today around the mid-40s and not raining. 🌧
Well, not yet anyway. It appears the morning weather radar is showing it growing ever closer. So, it's a sit n sip n wait n see sorta situation this morning. ☕️👀
Being my day for slacking off, I think I'm up to it. 💪

The only other important Honey-doin on my schedule today, other than weather watching, is more cookie crunchin quality controling while the wife continues to bake n stockpile more for emergency chewing during any heavy power stealing storming. 🍪🍪👌
