Today:

- I started my day with gardening again, despite the dodgy weather

- the elderflowers I picked the other day had been infusing for long enough so I made cordial

- I had my 3-yearly cervical screen and the new system is so much better! I’m a big fan of cancer screening as a mammogram detected I had an aggressive breast cancer and it was treated early, saving my life
