I saw this earlier and my reaction was…oh FFS…Gething was another corrupt politician 🤬 taking back handers 💷

However, it reminded me of Kevin Brennan deciding not to stand again in July 2014, too late to allow the usual candidate hustings, so Starmer’s man was a shoe-in for Cardiff West.

I said to Caroline, just wait for Brennan (who we thought was one of the good guys 🤦) to go to the HoL 🤬
