There's something in the water at the DWP: Neil Couling, the director general of DWP services, in a blog post now removed, suggested that the victims of the care-payments-claw-back scandal were really themselves to blame for their situation...

These are people whose lives have be ruined while trying to do the right thing for their loved ones, by laziness & cost-cutting at the DWP.

For the second time this evening, words fail me...
