Catsby's on 7 different medications right now, split up into AM and PM rounds. Each is a pill that needs to be whole or 1/2 or 1/4. Every one of these causes him to foam at the mouth it touches his tongue. So, I do all the pill cutting and then repackage them into empty gelatin capsules that seem neutral. The combo has been giving him rather good days, so I'm trying to keep it consistent and easy.
