Surprisingly this article is a completely different 14yr old, on the complete other side of the country also being hit and killed by a four wheel drive while riding a bicycle and also being victim-blamed by the ABC.

I hope someone organises a ghost bike. I think Diamond Creek is covered by Whittlesea BUG.
