This double LP brings together Red Snapper's first three EPs & is a great example of the sound of Bristol in the early 1990s. The Snapper's sound is a form of mutant jazz, drawing from the local trip-hop scene & offering something that sounds unlike anything else you'll hear. Often using a modal form this is music of mood & effect rather than song, but thirty years on its still fresh & compelling.
