#WritersCoffeeClub 27: What’s a technical skill you think should be more widespread?

Sewing. The ability to create or repair clothing and work with fabric is so incredibly useful in so many contexts.

I don't say this because I can sew and wish others could, but because it is something I'd very much like to do and have never had any kind of training or encouragement for.

I'm working on it, but I'm working against my brain. The first step is often the hardest.
