Saw physio who was very pleased with progress. Advised I need to do more outdoor walking
Break in the rain, took a stroll with my husband in a soggy but beautiful Beechwood park to the cafe for hot chocolate and a Welsh cake to celebrate

Huge congratulations getting out and about in this weather 👏👏👏
My wife's had two PKRs, one in April 2022 and the other in January 2023.
She played competitive lacrosse into her 40s which is what buggered her knees 🙄
She now says that her new knees were the best £25K she ever spent. I hope you have an equally good result 👌
