I would ask you or anyone looking at those times if those times add in the calculated cost and time it takes to find a parking spot for cars
Obvious disclaimer, this is at a high traffic time of day and I live in a very bikeable area of the city. I'm not recommending that anyone in Vinings start biking everywhere.
