Presumably, Malcolm does not include the destruction of a girl’s primary school in Minab, southern Iran, which killed around 150 and wounded almost 100 children.

And I am sure he can't be referring to the obliteration of the Gandhi Hospital, and all the ppl in their beds when he says "brilliant"
