Judge Murphy’s opinion gets into some intricacies of administrative law but the gist is that RFK Jr likely violated procedural law when he
- ordered the CDC to stop recommending that
pregnant women and “healthy” children receive the COVID vaccine
- terminated all the members of Advisory Ctte on Immunization Practices
- replaced them by fiat with unqualified new members 2/

To prevent further harm from being done, Judge Murphy is not allowing the new ACIP to meet and is not allowing any of the new ACIP’s votes to take effect while the lawsuit is ongoing. 3/3
@heidilifeldman problem is, damage is done - vaccine hesitancy at an all time high, medical professionals confused and not sure what they can officially say to patients
