This is great for March 28, when I will be in the streets of #SantaFe to say no government in America is above the law. I’ll be demonstrating my opposition to the lawless Trump regime and all its fascist doings. 2/
Until 3/28 and, if needed, beyond, I will be working to have the City of Santa Fe bring its street use permit policies and practices in with what the #NewMexico and U.S. constitutions require. The City’s discretionary choice to close streets for one occasion doesn’t solve the larger problem. 3/3
