@eff It hasn't been accurate for 20 years, I no longer care.
@eff This is excellent advice. When I did this for my old services a number of services don't allow you to delete your account. In that case I just changed the details with fake information and saved it and logged out and haven't looked back. I suppose I could have contacted the owner and asked for my info to be deleted but I figured this would be good enough, considering these were minor services that didn't have much information about me in the first place.
@eff I do this every time I update my passwords, seeking out unused accounts or accounts I don't even remember. Sucks, that everyone requires you to start an account to look at, read, or interact with anything. But deleting these things feels good, like playing with bubble wrap.
@eff unfortunately, a lot of Bluetooth Based apps need it. I wish Bluetooth would work without location.
