Apple is prioritizing making sure they get their cut from independent creators, but still have yet to do anything about X spreading CSAM via their App Store.

@quillmatiq While I still use Apple products, I’m set to never buy anything new from them… the rate at which they are enshittifying is too extreme. Also openly supporting extreme right? I cannot accept such behaviour.
The good news: I finally learned to install Linux on some old computers and all my prejudices were wrong: there are plenty “just works” distros even I can set up and have running incredibly smoothly.
Is the App Store there to protect users, or is it there to make sure Tim Cook, billionaire, protects his pockets? Gotta wonder.
@quillmatiq I'm shocked, well not really, that Apple/Google hadn't banned xAI/X on the stores!
