@TCMuffin EU can get mussels from Killary Ford in Co Mayo/Galway and other places - not so much green algae and sewage pollution to worry about; and definitely none of the #Brexit paperwork. Vehicles can go straight from Ireland to many parts of the EU via Wexford, Dublin or Cork ferries.
Another #Brexit benefit obviously. #RejoinEU #Think32
Our favourite Cardiff restaurant (https://www.heaneyscardiff.co.uk/) get their oysters from Ireland (https://carlingfordoystercompany.ie/index/) 🤤😋

This conversation has prompted me to book Sunday lunch at Heaneys ❤️
@TCMuffin I enjoy oysters and mussels. OH has some kind of allergy to them, as they make him really ill. No other shellfish bother him - just mussels & oysters. I muted the OP in the thread.
Poor OH 🫂❤️
We'll take you to Heaneys in 2027 as the oysters are optional and I think that he'd enjoy the very delicate and hugely flavoursome, aged Comté cheese and onion tartlets instead 🤔
