LLMs are spam generators. That is all.
They're designed to generate plausibly human-like text well enough to pass a generic Turing Test. That's why people believe they're "intelligent".
But really, all they are is spam generators.
We have hit the spamularity.

A Cork TD (member of parliament in Ireland) was reported on RE1 this morning as using 'AI' to write his speeches, on the grounds that his time as a public representative was too important to spend on such clerical tasks.
Some reporter or constituent should ask him "why should I read something you couldn't be bothered to write? "

Do you know a non US hosting provider for LLM, and ML model for tool like Ollama, and llamacpp ?
i run some ML and LLM basic tool on my own server for checking update and automatically take action (source download, binary download, automatic bypass of censorship / political block) to maintain my stack up to date as EU as possible, and would like to make this "blockage from US proof"

I don't want AI in my electronic medical record to try to summarize other clinicians' notes, or to listen in on my conversations with my patients to try to write my notes for me.
On days like this, with a big storm bearing down, I just want a plain old database to show me which of my patients will need their prescriptions refilled within the next 5 days, so that I can refill them now and patients can pick them up before the storm comes.
Guess which I don't have?
