For the 2nd time, a federal judge blocked a provision of #Trump’s policy bill that barred #PlannedParenthood from receiving federal dollars through #Medicaid, because of its #abortion care. The lawsuit, brought by a coalition of #Democrat-led states, mirrored one brought by Planned Parenthood itself. In that case, a federal appeals court is still weighing whether the provision unlawfully harmed the group after the same judge, Indira Talwani of the Federal Dist Court in MA, found it did.
