For the first time in eight years this week a UK PM will be in China for talks with its leaders.
This may be overdue, but its interesting timing; after a year in which its become increasingly clear that many in the global system are pivoting away from the US (and many choosing to approach China ti discuss their 'relationship').
The data on trade is already showing this pivot making some headway, so it will be interesting to see what Keir Starmer says about his talks!
