While not #vegan and #grocery and #cook for one, so I buy a lot of #mushroom. And I bought some #portobello last week; problem is, my vegan doesn't like mushrooms on their own, only if they're IN things. So a mushroom burger or stuffed isn't appealing (too much shroom). Meanwhile, I love em _raw_. So today I found myself eating some portobello slices with some vegetables, cheese and dip and before you know it I had eaten an entire one. Im FULL. Like, tomorrow Im gonna try a mushroom _#sandwich_.
I already have a good mushroom- #tempeh #meatloaf recipe, and they go in all my stews, soups, ragu and curries - anyone have any other innovative culinary uses for #mushrooms that we might not have heard of?
