My two favorite uses of #Emacs are taking notes in Org Mode and uh well honestly the other primary use of Emacs for me is configuring Emacs.

It is its own hobby. I'll own up to it.

(Meanwhile tree-sitter in #Emacs for (J|T)SX feels a bit like tree-sitter in neovim a few years ago)

but it works.... after scrapping my naive combinations approach (i was trying to compute 121 billion combinations and compare them, my computer glitched and shutdown haha) now i went with a greedy stack based comparison....

The great thing about #Emacs is you can get exactly the working environment you want, with capabilities limited only by your understanding of Emacs Lisp.

The terrible thing about Emacs is you're gonna need to get a lot better at Emacs Lisp to get even a reasonable facsimile of the working environment you want.
