I learnt with #Day5 #Deer - once you have drawn an outer shape and an inner figure, you can just fill the space with any repeating motif, like these feathers, leaves, vines… whatever. Then any spaces left between these, you just fill with little random dot or swirls.

Even though it’s more pen-work, this #ArtNouveau #Maximalist style is less brain-work. It avoids managing negative space.
