The 2nd Amendment has been used this way throughout its history. Gun rights for slave patrols but not abolitionists or slaves. Gun rights for the Klan but not for Freedman etc. When Reagan was Governor of California he took a strong stand for gun control to keep guns out of the hands of the Black Panthers etc. Hypocrisy has always been the core of the 2nd Amendment.
