Took just days for Bluesky & Eurosky to prove that Europeans on Eurosky remain at the mercy of US Bluesky with no digital sovereignty for Europeans offered.

this was most likely a misconfiguration on the bsky relay side.
we have various rate-limits at the relay. the general limits for the
eurosky PDS are high, but an "events per hour" limit was probably
triggered.
looking in to better monitoring and limit config to prevent similar

Apologies everyone, we know there was an issue with posts and reactions
for 60-90 minutes. Everything was being saved on the PDS so no data was
lost. It seems we lost connection to the Bluesky downstream app, we're
