The plot is a #fraud aimed at legitimizing the theft of Ukrainian #property, and involves such tricks as changing the address so that owners can’t claim they once lived there. As a result, property that Ukrainians have spent years paying off can easily fall into Russian hands.

On September 23, the occupation authorities of #Mariupol marked three years since its illegal referendum, in which, according to their data, more than half of the residents voted to join #Russia.

#Russian propaganda claims the city is ‘flourishing’, but a look into the local chats where the residents discuss their daily problems proves otherwise.

The real #estate scheme is just a small part of the plan to erase Ukrainian identity and replace its population with #Russians.

Hey Tim,

I love the work you and your team do. I wonder why you display that work on a website that specifically raises money for literal nazis.

There are several turnkey platforms you could replace #substack with, such as #ghost, #buttondown, and #beehiv.

There are (at least) hundreds of us who will NEVER share a substack link because we will not willingly raise funds for nazis.
