So in baseball "rally hats" are hats turned inside out that are worn to try to bring luck. In Seattle they extended that idea to wearing shoes on their head, "rally shoes."
@tezoatlipoca It worked for us once when a fan did it. So now it’s “rally shoes” when we need the luck.
