Started picking apples from my trees, here's the first five gallons. I'm super stoked, some of them don't have coddling moths in them this year. ...Maybe 25%. Which is still an improvement over 0% last year!
Cored and de-wormed (same action, with moths) about a gallon this morning, making some apple butter. The whole house smells like cinnamon and cloves right now.
...now I need to figure out what to do with the other four gallons. And the next 20 still on the tree. It'd be easier if I loved apples, but I kinda only like them a little. ^^;;
