In the basement working on a new song. Got lyrics, tempo and chords. Trying to suss out the key for my vocal. Put down an acoustic guitar track and pitch shifting it around to see what works. Then I’ll capo and re-track for the key I need. King of a gospel soul kinda vibe, but without the gospel religious thing. I guess it’s an oppressed, politically motivated secular piece.
