You know, I was once the kkind of man who thought that cuddling with teddy bears or having stuffed animals in my bed was seen as a sign of weakness, and now that I do have a couple if them, I wonder why I thought this. I honestly kinda feel like at the time, I was too insecure with myself in trying to look strong when all I really needed to be is myself, and believe it or not, cuddling animals or whatever at night helps me sleep better. So , if that's the case, why is it seen as bad to talk about it on social media? There are particular #Men in my life, some of them online #friends, who attempt to dog me or discourage me from owning or talking about the #stuffed #animals on social media, because in there eyes, " #Women want men, not other women in relationships", but wouldn't it be stronger to admit that I like stuffed animals and #cuddles as a man than to hide behind the strong persona and fake like I don't, because I am afraid of the backlash that comes as a result? I feel like these particular men in my life are actually weaker for perhaps supressing that love for cuddles and cuteness, simply because they fear their images suffering as a result, and that is why they want me not to talk about it on social media or even own these stuffed animals, even though it makes me happy to do so. All I will say is, I am happy with it, so why as a #man should I hide my happiness? Just my 2 cents on what my thoughts are on all of this, and I will most definitely accept more cuddly creatures as gifts in the future timeline.

@LeonianUniverse you're correct. a real man does whatever he wants if it does no harm.
the same is true for everyone who is free.
denying it is emotional repression, a vulberability.
it's sad when people are captive to wrong thinking but it is their choice. we must acknowledge that teddybears trigger their fear of identity loss and punishment from those whom they chose as their superiors.

but there is some courage in them to admit this fragility. perhaps encourage them to develop that courage.
