Introduce and support such a sweeping shift in how Canadians power their lives that these deeply dug in power centres find themselves marooned in a radically changed landscape.
We won’t get such a radically changed landscape through “major works” lists and mega-projects… we’ll get there through a million small, distributed, local, independent, decentralized projects to make and store energy where it’s needed.
