@eff ah, just extend that to cameras on every lamp post and tracking people's movement about town. what could go wrong?

@eff Any technology that promises more safety and security for those in power will always be funded, while technologies designed to promote safety and security for the marginalized against those in power will always be made illegal. Such is the nature of power and authority.
