• Anxiety and CPTSD are common co-occurrences of Autism, caused by the trauma of living in a deeply violent and ableist society. They should not rule out an Autism diagnosis, on the contrary
• BPD is such a common mis-disgnosis for high-masking Autistic folks that don't fit into the "white autistic boy" prototype of Autism that neurotypical privileged men enshrined in the DSM

We don't say there's a "Saturn Moon epidemic" because we now found 274 moons and still counting. There's no "Autism diagnosis epidemic" like there was no "left-handedness" or "transness" epidemic. It's only diagnosis catching up with the reality of this neurotype.
