@raganwald That airplane and the Valkyrie are the ones that got my attention at the museum. Huge, and terrifying to contemplate their purpose.

@uxmark My mother took me to see Thunderball in the cinemas in the 60s. This is the closest I've gotten to a Vulcan since then... Diving the scaffolding for the canvas prop the built in the Bahamas for shooting the scenes where it is underwater. We also dove the remainder of a DC-3 used for shooting Into the Blue. It was wrecked by a hurricane the season before. Wish I could have swum inside the fuselage!
