@ai6yr oh! oh! oh! Storytime: I was hiking up in Monrovia Canyon to the falls one rainy fall day, I came around a corner of granite and 20 yards away on the trail a wet bobcat sat looking at me. I'm sure it heard my clumsy footfall. I stopped to admire them and they slowly laid down in the trail, closed their eyes and seemed to sleep. I stood there watching it for a good 5 minutes before some noisy hikers disturbed it and it dashed quickly into the underbrush. I'll hold that memory forever.
