Amber Mac confirms this may have been a rug pull.

I think the rug has been pulled out from under us, frankly, as we have tried to support Gander, but they made a big pivot along the way, so I'm not too keen to have my name attached. Their priority seems to be crowdfunding vs. advisors/investors. I tried!"
