Calling the cops on Black people for no reason is the definition of racism, period.
If you're white and you need cops to make you feel safe anytime you're around a Black person you are categorically a racist doing white supremacy in real time.

Like seriously, white liberals are significantly worse than loud overt racist.
A racist tweeting their view online from the other side of the country, city or state nine times out of ten materially affects ZERO brown people but you'll find endless allies against that hate.
But a white "liberal" calling the cops on the nearest black person regularly is a direct attempt to weaponize state violence and allies will be silent if they exist at all.
