You can say them out loud, whisper them, sign them, write them, meditate on them, or just breathe with them. The format is simple so that anyone can join.

So glad to see this being organized. Like "howling" during the shutdowns of the pandemic, this could be a simple, connecting, peaceful moment. That could turn into a movement.
11:00 AM MTN, this Saturday. Pull the car over, sit down on the ground, stop what you're doing and protest by inaction. Turn the screens down. Be present.
This is a social experiment that I want to see go viral because of its simplicity.
