Intro: 50-something, white, cis, female (she/her). Things that make me happy include the smell of petrichor, the sound of unexpected words that tickle my brain, and the sight of anyone humbly and genuinely pleased with themselves. My left brain works in IT and writes palaverous emails. My right brain volunteers as a bereavement support group facilitator and finds joy in being still. Anxious, compassionate over-thinkers are my people.

I’ve been on the Fediverse since 2017. My previous instance had some technical issues. So, I came looking for a new home.

I have recently created and launched a new platform called Inkwell. It's designed to integrate with ActivityPub, using open-source code available on my GitHub. There is a lot of work to do, but I'm excited, as I loved online journaling as a kid. Now, having a space I can create as my own (with community feedback) is a dream come true.
