I was stuck at work this afternoon for longer than expected and so I used that time for a spot of birding.
I found some Masked Lapwing chicks, a family of Bush-Stone Curlews and a ridiculous Little Corella.

A Little Corella ( a small cockatoo ) on a dead branch of a Jacaranda tree, wings spread out and up, beak open mid-call. Behind it there are living jacaranda branches with green leaves and purple flowers.
