I've been seeing a lot of videos and blog posts about the resurgence of #piracy in response to #enshittification . A common note is that its a _service_ problem, not a _product_ problem which is correct.

A company that has known this from the get-go and has never #enshittified is #Beatport - they're like iTunes but specifically for #EDM (sorry #bonkwave #genrepolice) I bought my first #DRM -free #mp3 tracks from Beatport in 2004 and (with some exceptions) I can _still download them today_.

Also #piracy actually helps in spreading the word on what people want to see cuz #Netflix admitted to checking #ThePirateBay's "top downloads" section...
