Almost there. Pouring some phosphoric acid into the sides where the peeled away aluminum has left an entry to the rest of the frozen seat post. The seat post is still stuck in there. Vise grips tied to the patio cover with human weight (me) on it was not enough to pull it out. #seatpostsaga #bikerepair

Found the butane torch (for making creme brulee). However, questions were asked about why I needed to take it outside and for what purpose, so it's back in the cabinet.
(yes, was contemplating using it to heat up the aluminum bits of stuck seat post). Will go out there with a dremel and see how that works lol.
Dremel. Extremely slow. This is not going to work. It does make the aluminum nice and shiny 🤪 #BikeRepair
