Q5. Does anyone have any recommendations for cool (open source) self hosted bike related software?

I've got Wanderer running already and Immich for ride photos. What else is there? Trip blogging software? Live dot watching for friends and family to track a bikepacking trip? Windows or Linux, server or containers and even LAN only private hosting.
