I would read so many more articles from @euronews if I didn't have to deal with this UI annoyance. Why even do that? It's not helping anything at all!

I see that crap on mobile news websites all the time, except most that I see are about twice the size - enough to fit text inside that says "swipe right for the next article".
And they won't go away; tapping elsewhere on the page doesn't make them disappear; they don't go away when you scroll down; if you press on it it will take you to the next article, but then when you go back it's right back where it was before!
@Em0nM4stodon Those floaty things are SO annoying. I made darn well sure not to use them on my own website.
