Last week I went out on Queen Street, in my parka, snow boots, hat, hood, and gloves.
I passed a pair in conversation, walking along the sidewalk, and I had to turn around to ascertain what I'd seen:
One person was in winterwear. The other was in a shirt, cutoff sweats (shorts), socks and sneakers. Only.

@deborahh I did that last spring. It was quite a bit warmer but I was in light running gear and someone else was in full winter wear. And a dad at the kids’ old school wore flip flops and shorts until it got very very cold - he switched to runners then. Still shorts.
