The holiday cactus (饾槡饾槫饾槱饾槶饾樁饾槷饾槪饾槮饾槼饾槰饾槮饾槼饾槩 sp.) buds have opened even more! 
A pink cactus blossom, its outer petals open while its inner petals are still closed and looking a bit like a bird beak. It has a posse of flat green toothed segmented stems behind it.

The flower looks to me rather like a bright pink big-nosed muppet, mouth open and smiling, hair flopped to one side, arms open and looking for a hug. But then, I've been sick for several days so it may just be a fever dream.
