Did a straight across bass guitar swap today. The old coffee shop music gear buy, sell, trade meetup location. Turns out the fellow I met is a local bass player with a few basses. He bought this 2021 Firemist Gold Fender Mustang short scale bass new at Tom Lee but never played it much. The bass plays well. Action is set up way lower than my old blue p-bass. Much lighter too. Has an alder body and my old bass was poplar. Look forward to recording some stuff soon. #music #gearsquad #guitar #bass

Got my new blues tune up. Guitars are Telecaster (L) and Danelectro 59M through the EHX B9 organ pedal (R). Bass is Fender p-bass. Harp is Hohner Special 20 B flat. I鈥檓 capo鈥檇 at the first fret on guitars, and through Keeley compressor. Harp and Tele are both through MXR Timmy. Drums are MT Power Drum kit sampler. I also tracked a Latin percussion shaker. Mics are Apex 550 for vocals and an Apex 327 for harp.
