I recently got some test results from my therapist - I am very likely in the adhd club (inattentive type/without hyperactivity) ✨ Any recommendations on books and resources, which can help me getting started on my journey of self discovery? Or things to avoid? German preferred, english is also okay. I am also interested into finding out, if I am also on the autistic spectrum - maybe being adhd is not the whole story...
