I think the most amazing thing that I'm learning about line 6 and line 5 through this TTC board meeting is that schedule changes have to be run through three separate parties, Mosaic, the system operator, the TTC the Vehicle operator, and City of Toronto Transportation services.

If you thought any of those agencies were slow to adapt and react on their own, just wait until you need all three to reach census.
