I'm adapting my Surge XT violin for sections. A single controller value gives the violin a unique sound. This example uses a section of 18 violins (3 x 8).
This exmaple (Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No. 2) starts with the piano intro, and then the violins come in with a small amount of expression in the first repeat, and none in the second.
I hope to work further on this, to make it more production-friendly, work with DAWs, divisi/spread automation, etc.

Meine #Electro #Purismus -Phase hab ich irgendwann wieder beiseite gelegt, weil nicht nur ist #Synth #synthetisch Klangerzeugung als billige Kopie natürlicher #Klänge erfunden worden, sondern ist trotz eigen entwickelter #Klang #Ästhetik eben doch Kopie.
Ich mache umgekehrt oft #Samples #FieldRecording die wie #elektronisch klingen. Und vor allem, worum geht es denn bei #Musik - um menschlichen Ausdruck, und da denk ich, je #authentisch desto gut.
