Passing on this documentary of native youth kayaking the length of the Klamath river in Oregon and California now that the dams are gone and Salmon can swim them again.
It shows that Native peoples are making a difference in the current ecological re-wilding movement.

Sadly, this is far from isolated. Something very similar happened to my ex's father years ago at a local mall. The majority of my visibly #indigenous friends get followed, accused, and/or treated poorly at various stores.
There needs to be stiffer punishment for companies that #raciallyprofile

Everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that most First Nations oppose the Pathways CCS project.
The awkward video that's out there on social media of the PM taking very few questions while there were Chiefs still lined up to ask questions shows Chief Kelsey Jacko shouting because his microphone was cut off.
Jacko is from Cold Lake First Nations, who opposes the project. You may recall that the project was exempted from an environmental impact assessment by the federal government.
The frustration is palpable.
